Lean Sirloin Steak, cubed 3\/4&#8243;<\/li>\n<li>2 Small &#8211; Broccoli Crowns, trimmed and cut.<\/li>\n<li>1 Large &#8211; White Onion, cut into 8 pieces<\/li>\n<li>2.5 Tablespoons &#8211; Butter<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon &#8211; Soy Sauce<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 Teaspoon &#8211; Dry Granulated Garlic<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Teaspoon &#8211; Salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 Teaspoon &#8211; Pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\n<p>This can be cooked on a flat griddle made for cooking pancakes, or in a wok.\u00a0 If you like to show off your cooking skills to your family (self incrimination) you can place the griddle on the kitchen table and simulate the hibachi style developed at Benihana.\u00a0 Don&#8217;t try the knife tricks &#8212;
