Clean-up is a snap!<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2.75 Pound &#8211; Salmon Fillet (estimate 1\/3# per adult and a little for the kids)<\/li>\n<li>Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/li>\n<li>Old Bay Seasoning<\/li>\n<li>Morton&#8217;s Nature Seasoning<\/li>\n<li>Two Each &#8211; Lemons<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Inspect the salmon with a knife&#8217;s edge.\u00a0 Remove any bones that are discovered.\u00a0 Most of the time there will be none.<\/li>\n<li>The salmon fillet may have the outer skin attached.\u00a0 If so, do not remove it, place it against the foil, it will separate during the cooking process.<\/li>\n<li>Double a section of Heavy Duty foil wrapping paper.<\/li>\n<li>Coat it with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and place the fillet on the foil.<\/li>\n<li>Fold the edges in to create a 1\/4&#8243; rim around the foil.\u00a0 Refold it to create a more rigid edge.<\/li>\n<li>Apply a thin layer of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on the top side of the fillet.<\/li>\n<li>Season and top of the fillet.<\/li>\n<li>Add very thin slices of lemon.
