This meal is the best of both worlds.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>8 Pounds &#8211; Lean Beef (Rump Roast is preferred)<\/li>\n<li>16oz Jar &#8211; Pepperoncini Peppers, Juice Included<\/li>\n<li>1 Can &#8211;\u00a0 Campbell&#8217;s Beef Consomme Soup<\/li>\n<li>2 Teaspoons &#8211; Salt<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon &#8211; Lee &amp; Perrin\u2019s Worcestershore Sauce<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Cup &#8211; East Texas Water &#8211;\u00a0 If you don&#8217;t live in East Texas, use the water you have.\u00a0 I&#8217;m sorry!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Combine ingredients in a large (oven safe) Dutch Oven or Roaster.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and bake in oven for 6 hours at 275 degrees.<\/li>\n<li>Check for tenderness.\u00a0 If meat is tough, continue to cook, checking every 20 minutes, until meat breaks apart easily.<\/li>\n<li>Shred with two forks and serve.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Serving Recommendations<\/h2>\n<p>This is a casual meal, great for Sunday Night Football and casual family dining.
