Fresh Skinless Boneless Chicken Breast<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Cup &#8211; Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/li>\n<li>4 &#8211; Large Eggs<\/li>\n<li>2 Cups &#8211; Breadcrumbs, such as Progresso Italian Bread Crumbs<\/li>\n<li>1.5 Cups &#8211; Parmesan Cheese &#8211; Fresh graded is preferred.<\/li>\n<li>2 Teaspoons &#8211; Salt<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons &#8211; Italian Seasoning, such as Dean &amp; Jacobs Sicilian Blend Italian Seasoning, Finely Ground<\/li>\n<li>10 Slices &#8211; Thinly Sliced Provolone Cheese, approximately 5 ounces<\/li>\n<li>1 Large Lemon, juiced<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Chicken breasts should be approximately 1\/2&#8243; think.\u00a0 You may pound them into thinner sections or slice them with a sharp knife.\u00a0 Mine are sliced.<\/li>\n<li>Add lemon juice and eggs and combine with a fork to incorporate the egg whites, yoke and lemon juice.<\/li>\n<li>Prep your dipping bowl with all the dry ingredients:\u00a0 Breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt and Italian seasoning<\/li>\n<li>Dip chicken in your egg wash \/ lemon mixture<\/li>\n<li>Coat chicken with breadcrumb mix.<\/li>\n<li>Brown chicken on medium heat in approximately 1 &#8211;
