[See link below] Although lamb is definitely meat, it is not as popular as beef or pork, but it should be.\u00a0 You&#8217;ll find this delicacy easy to fix.\u00a0 The flavor is very mild.\u00a0 You will be surprised that the kids liked it as much as the adults.<\/p>\n<p>There are many ways to prepare lamb chops.\u00a0 Some require marinating and overnight preparation.\u00a0 This recipe does not.\u00a0 It is SO easy.\u00a0 Just watch the internal temperature.\u00a0 Everything else is beginner level cooking, but your family will think you have been studying under Julia Child.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3 Pounds &#8211; Fresh Lamb Chops, Frenched (meaning your butcher already trimmed the ribs)<\/li>\n<li>Salt &amp; Pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 Cup &#8211; Fresh Mint Leaves<\/li>\n<li>1.5 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing (or 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Season your racks of lamb chops with a generous portion of salt and pepper.
