Dry Pasta (Bowtie, Penne, Spaghetti or Fettuccine)<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons &#8211; Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/li>\n<li>1 Teaspoon &#8211; Salt<\/li>\n<li>1 Large &#8211; Onion (any color), chopped small<\/li>\n<li>2 Cloves &#8211; Fresh Garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>3 Large &#8211; Tomatoes &#8211; Chopped to 1\/4&#8243;<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Cup &#8211; Fresh Parsley, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1 Teaspoon &#8211; Italian Seasoning (I prefer <a href=\"http:\/\/52sundaydinners.com\/recipes\/sicilian-blend-italian-seasoning\/\">Dean&amp;
