popular social media feature, so I thought I would give it a try.\u00a0 It is easy, tasty and more healthy than the fried alternative.\u00a0 It is Baked Potato Chips.\u00a0 Give it a try this Sunday with your favorite <a href=\"http:\/\/52sundaydinners.com\/recipes\/mixed-grill-a-summertime-favorite\/\">MIXED GRILL<\/a> and you will have a combination that will please any carnivore.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 Pounds &#8211;\u00a0 Russet Potatoes<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Cup &#8211; Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/li>\n<li>Chopsticks<\/li>\n<li>Salt<\/li>\n<li>Garlic Powder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Optional Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3\/4 Cup &#8211;\u00a0 Grated Cheddar Cheese<\/li>\n<li>Additional Seasoning, such as Cajun Seasoning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Preheat oven to 400 degrees<\/li>\n<li>Use a sharp knife and chopsticks as a depth guide to cut each potato into extra-thin slices.\u00a0 Be careful to keep the chopsticks close to the potato to control the depth.<\/li>\n<li>Line a baking sheet with foil and coat the foil with olive oil.<\/li>\n<li>Brush Extra Virgin Olive Oil generously over the potatoes, allowing some to run into the potatoes.<\/li>\n<li>Season liberally with salt and garlic powder.\u00a0 Think of French Fries or Potato Chips.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Potatoes will begin to separate.\u00a0 Add more salt!<\/li>\n<li>Add cheese now if you plan to use it.<\/li>\n<li>Bake an additional 15 minutes until potatoes are soft.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with your favorite specialty from the grill such as what you see <a href=\"http:\/\/52sundaydinners.com\/recipes\/mixed-grill-a-summertime-favorite\/\" target=\"_blank\">HERE<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Feeds 8 hungry adults and a bunch of kids that think that potato chips have ridges!<\/p>\n<p><a
