Large Onions, white or yellow, one chopped, the other sliced thinly on a mandolin<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons &#8211; Vegetable Oil<\/li>\n<li>1.5 Cups &#8211; Green or Brown Lentils<\/li>\n<li>1 Teaspoon &#8211;
