These pork chops prepared with Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs were mouth watering and delicious!<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>5 Pounds &#8211; Pork Chops, custom cut to full 1&#8243; chops.\u00a0 I cut mine from a full pork loin.<\/li>\n<li>3 Each &#8211; Large Eggs<\/li>\n<li>1.5 Cups &#8211; Parmesan Cheese, packaged Kraft works fine<\/li>\n<li>2 Cups &#8211; Italian Breadcrumbs<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon &#8211; Salt<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon &#8211; Pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon &#8211; Granulated Garlic<\/li>\n<li>2 Each &#8211; Large Lemons<\/li>\n<li>Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil<\/li>\n<li>Vegetable Oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Trim any excess fat from the pork chops<\/li>\n<li>Combine all of the dry ingredients, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and granulated garlic in a small shallow pan or casserole.<\/li>\n<li>Cover a large cookie sheet with heavy duty aluminum foil and coat with a thin layer of oil.<\/li>\n<li>Whip the three eggs in a large bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Dredge the chops through the eggs, then the dry mixture, and place on the cookie sheet.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for 55 minutes at 350 degrees, or until the chops are golden brown.\u00a0 If you have a convection oven, leave the fan off for this meal. It will help the juices from the pork chops moisten the coating mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Resist the temptation to flip them over.<\/li>\n<li>Squeeze the juice from one large lemon on the chops.\u00a0\u00a0 Garnish with the other.<\/li>\n<li>Serve on Romaine lettuce leaves.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Serves 8 adults and a bunch of young kids &#8230;. including 2 three year olds that won&#8217;t stop saying, &#8220;More chicken, please!&#8221;<\/p>\n<!-- AddThis Advanced Settings generic via filter on the_content --><!-- AddThis Share Buttons generic via filter on the_content -->","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Every few weeks someone in the the family says, &#8220;That is the best Sunday Dinner ever!&#8221;\u00a0 Two of my family members made that claim when I prepared this meal with my Junior Chef.
