Green Cabbage, shaved on a mandolin as thin as possible.<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 Head &#8211; Red Cabbage, shaved on a mandolin<\/li>\n<li>2 Each &#8211; Carrots, julienned<\/li>\n<li>5 ounces &#8211; Blue Cheese (approximately 1 cup)<\/li>\n<li>2 Teaspoons &#8211; Salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Teaspoon &#8211; Black Pepper<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Teaspoon &#8211; Celery Seed<\/li>\n<li>3 Each &#8211; Green Onions, thinly sliced<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Cup &#8211; Mayonnaise<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Each &#8211;
