Sirloin Beef Steak<\/li>\n<li>2 &#8211; Medium Sized &#8211; Fresh Broccoli Crowns (2-3 lbs. including bases)<\/li>\n<li>3 &#8211; Medium Onions<\/li>\n<li>2 Teaspoons &#8211; Soy Sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 Teaspoons &#8211; Garlic Powder<\/li>\n<li>3 Tablespoons &#8211; Freshly Grated Ginger Root<\/li>\n<li>2 Teaspoons &#8211; Sesame Oil<\/li>\n<li>3 Tablespoons &#8211; Worcestershire Sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparation:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Trim fat from Sirloin Steak and slice into 1\/8&#8243; strips, approximately 2&#8243; long.<\/li>\n<li>Chop the Broccoli and Onions into bite-sized pieces.<\/li>\n<li>Combine all the ingredients above in a glass container and refrigerate for 1 hour.<\/li>\n<li>Cook slowly in an extra large, deep skillet or a wok.\u00a0 Cook until the meat is done and the onions and broccoli are beginning to become tender.<\/li>\n<li>Adjust seasoning as desired.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*****<\/p>\n<h2>Oriental Zucchini<\/h2>\n<p>The Oriental Zucchini makes an excellent side-dish to the Beef &amp; Water<\/li>\n<li>2.5 Cups &#8211; White Rice<\/li>\n<li>2.5 Tablespoons &#8211; Butter<\/li>\n<li>2.5 Teaspoons &#8211;\u00a0 Salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparation:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Add water, Butter and Salt.<\/li>\n<li>Bring to a boil<\/li>\n<li>Add Rice and reduce heat once water returns to a boil.<\/li>\n<li>Reduce heat to the lowest setting that will produce steam.\u00a0 Cook covered for 22 minutes, without checking on it&#8217;s progress!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">*****<\/p>\n<h2>Simple Salad With Ginger Dressing<\/h2>\n<p>The salad has two ingredients, thinly shaved Lettuce and thin sliced Tomatoes.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Head &#8211;\u00a0 Iceberg Lettuce<\/li>\n<li>4 &#8211; Small Tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>2\/3 Cup &#8211; Ranch Dressing<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 Cup &#8211; Bottled Ginger Marinating Sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparation:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Slice lettuce into 1\/8&#8243; strips.\u00a0 Wash in cold salty water and spin dry.<\/li>\n<li>Slice Tomatoes into 1\/8&#8243;
