until I was in high school.\u00a0 My Italian rooted family called it the Sicilian name, &#8220;Basilico.&#8221; Pronounced <em><strong>Bah-SLE-Go<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>This batch of basil came from my recent herb garden.\u00a0 It was FRESH and full of flavor!\u00a0 You can prepare this recipe with or without chicken.\u00a0 You may cook chicken in advance on the outdoor grill.\u00a0 You may prepare chicken in your oven using <a href=\"http:\/\/52sundaydinners.com\/recipes\/coriander-chicken-on-the-grill\/\" target=\"_blank\">this simple recipe<\/a>\u00a0 or prepare it your favorite way.\u00a0 It will all be good.\u00a0 The pesto is the star of the show.<\/p>\n<h2>Pesto Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>75-100 Each &#8211; Fresh Basil Leaves<\/li>\n<li>6 Ounces &#8211; Parmesan \/ Romano Cheese, rough grated<\/li>\n<li>3 Cloves &#8211; Fresh Garlic<\/li>\n<li>1 Teaspoon &#8211; Salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Teaspoon &#8211; Pepper<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 Cup &#8211; Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Additional Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Pound &#8211; Pasta, cooked al Dente per package instructions<\/li>\n<li>1 Small &#8211; Tomato, cubed<\/li>\n<li>3 Ounces &#8211;
