OK, I have to confess that two of my family members threatened to boycott Sunday Dinner when I told them I was serving oxtail stew.\u00a0 They got a little squeamish.\u00a0 They reluctantly asked what was in it.\u00a0 Oxtail!\u00a0 They agreed to try it and quickly became believers after tasting it.\u00a0 Give it a try this Sunday, but you might want to call it &#8220;beef stew with bones.&#8221;<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 Pounds &#8211; Sliced Oxtail<\/li>\n<li>1.5 Pounds &#8211; Arm Roast or Rump Roast (optional)<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons &#8211; Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/li>\n<li>1 Each &#8211;\u00a0 Extra Large Onion, diced<\/li>\n<li>1 Stalk &#8211; Celery, rustic sliced<\/li>\n<li>3 Each &#8211; 14oz.
