Elegant.\u00a0 I&#8217;ll admit I enjoy cooking.\u00a0 So quick preparation on Sunday afternoon is not always an advantage.\u00a0 If you LOVE cooking as much as I do, this Sunday Dinner will deprive you of some of the pleasure.\u00a0 It will take just a few minutes to prepare.\u00a0 Start with fresh, not frozen, Tilapia, 1\/2 pound per person from your respected fish market or grocer.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>3 Pounds &#8211; Fresh Tilapia<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon &#8211; Extra Virgin Olive Oil<\/li>\n<li>Old Bay Seasoning<\/li>\n<li>Morton Nature&#8217;s Seasoning<\/li>\n<li>1 Each &#8211; Large Lemon, cut into 8 wedges<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Place the Tilapia in a large skillet with a portion of the olive oil.<\/li>\n<li>Season generously according to photo, with Old Bay Seasoning and Morton Nature&#8217;s Seasoning.<\/li>\n<li>Cover and cook on low to medium\/low heat until the fish is flaky, approximately six minutes on each side.<\/li>\n<li>Remember Tilapia is a very mild, non fishy flavored fish, so it will rely on your seasoning to bring out the flavor.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><a href=\"http:\/\/52sundaydinners.com\/recipes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/001.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-607\" title=\"Tilapia in Skillet \" src=\"http:\/\/52sundaydinners.com\/recipes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/001-580x435.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"580\" height=\"435\" srcset=\"http:\/\/52sundaydinners.com\/recipes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/001-580x435.jpg 580w, http:\/\/52sundaydinners.com\/recipes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/001-300x225.jpg 300w, http:\/\/52sundaydinners.com\/recipes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/03\/001.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 580px) 100vw, 580px\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n<h2>Carrot Side Dish<\/h2>\n<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Pounds &#8211;\u00a0 Fresh Carrots<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 Tablespoon &#8211;\u00a0 Stick Butter<\/li>\n<li>Morton Nature&#8217;s Seasoning<\/li>\n<li>1 Teaspoon &#8211;\u00a0 Parsley Flakes, fresh or dried<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Peel &amp; Cut<\/li>\n<li>Add Carrots, Butter, Parsley and Nature&#8217;s Seasoning to covered skillet.<\/li>\n<li>Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Comments<\/h2>\n<p>Add garlic bread or rolls and your favorite salad.\u00a0 See <a href=\"http:\/\/52sundaydinners.com\/recipes\/category\/salads-and-sides\/\">salad section<\/a>.\u00a0 Fish is often served with rice, steamed vegetable or potatoes.\u00a0 The orange color of the carrots give the plate a more appealing appearance.<\/p>\n<p>This Sunday Dinner is so healthy I have to offset it with a &#8220;healthy&#8221;
