Pork Loin<\/li>\n<li>1 &#8211; Large Onion<\/li>\n<li>5 Cloves &#8211; Fresh Garlic<\/li>\n<li>3 Tablespoons &#8211; Soy Sauce<\/li>\n<li>1 Teaspoon &#8211; Salt<\/li>\n<li>1 Teaspoon &#8211; Black Pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 Teaspoon &#8211; Morton&#8217;s Nature Seasoning Blend<\/li>\n<li>2\/3 Cup &#8211; Red Wine<\/li>\n<li>2\/3 Cup &#8211; Water<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoons \u2013 Lee &amp; Perrin Worcestershire Sauce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Cut your pork loin in half, so it will fit appropriately in your crock pot or Dutch oven.\u00a0 It will shrink slightly while cooking.<\/li>\n<li>Place the rest of the ingredients in the crock pot or Dutch oven and layer the top with the onions cut into 1\/2&#8243;
