Ingredients
- 5 Each – Large Avocados
- 1 Each – Large Lime, juiced
- 1.5 Teaspoons – Salt
- 1 Teaspoon – Black Pepper
- 2 Each – Roma Tomatoes, diced small and drained
- 1/3 Cup – Fresh Cilantro Leaves
- 1 Each – Garlic Clove, minced
- 1 Each – Jalapeno Pepper, chopped very fine (Optional)
Preparation
- Place ingredients and break up avocados until the chunks are very small, the size of a kernel of corn.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve with your favorite corn chips.
Our family loves this guacamole prepared right before the meal. It seems that we never have enough!
