Cilantro Lime Slaw

Prepare this Cilantro Lime Slaw to complement your Southwestern dish.  It is a little tart, compared to most slaws, but will wake up your taste buds!

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Head – Cabbage, sliced on a mandolin at the thinnest setting.
  • 1/6 Head – Purple Cabbage, sliced on a mandolin at the thinnest setting.
  • 1 Bunch – Cilantro Leaves
  • 1 Each – Small Lime, juiced
  • 2/3 Cup – Mayonnaise
  • 1 Teaspoon – Salt
  • 1 Teaspoons – Tony Chachere’s Spices N’ Herb Seasoning or Cajun Seasoning

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and … well … Mix!  Serve immediately or within 24 hours.

This works as a side dish for up to a dozen adults.
