This is a simple side dish that the whole family will love. It is a slight dress-up from opening a can.
Ingredients
- 3 Cans – 15.25 Oz. Whole Kernel Corn, or 3# of frozen corn.
- 4 Tablespoons – Butter
- 4 Tablespoons – Flour
- 1/4 Teaspoon – Salt
- 1/4 Cup – Tomato, Finely Chopped
- 1/4 Cup – Bell Pepper, finely Chopped
Preparation
- Combine ingredients in large skillet and cook on low heat until flower-butter mixture begins to form a nice film on the corn, about 10 minutes.
