Cream Corn

This is a simple side dish that the whole family will love.  It is a slight dress-up from opening a can.

Ingredients

  • 3 Cans –  15.25 Oz. Whole Kernel Corn, or 3# of frozen corn.
  • 4 Tablespoons – Butter
  • 4 Tablespoons – Flour
  • 1/4 Teaspoon – Salt
  • 1/4 Cup – Tomato, Finely Chopped
  • 1/4 Cup – Bell Pepper, finely Chopped

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients in large skillet and cook on low heat until flower-butter mixture begins to form a nice film on the corn, about 10 minutes.
