Broiled chicken is healthy and delicious. There is sometimes resistance to uncommon foods like lamb or duck, but everyone loves chicken.
Ingredients
- 4 Pounds – FRESH, (not frozen) Chicken Breasts
- 1/3 Cup – Special Italian Marinating Sauce, also known as Italian Salad Dressing. The best recipe you’ll find is HERE.
Preparation
- Place chicken and Special Italian Marinating Sauce in a Zip-Lock bag and shake well.
- Optional Step – Refrigerate up to 24 hours if desired, but this is not necessary.
- Place on large cookie sheet or broiling pan covered with heavy duty foil. It should have a rim. There will be some liquid produced during cooking.
- Broil top of chicken 5″ from heat source, with door opened slightly, for approximately 10 minutes until top surface is golden brown.
- Flip over and broil an additional 10 minutes until other surface is golden brown.
- Slice on an angle and serve. Photo shows chicken breast served on a bed of Forbidden Rice, which has a very nice rich nutty flavor.
